The principle objectives of the Canterbury / Westland Racing Owners Association are:
- A group to effectively represent owners’ interest and concerns in the racing industry
- Provide friendly and comfortable surroundings formembers to enjoy racing, primarily at RiccartonPark, but on other courses as we
- To participate as a shareholder of a horse in our racing syndicate(s) in our registered colours.
- Because of the financial contribution owners make, the association believes the owners should have a say to any racing issue which we believe to be of importance to the racing owner in the racing industry
