Association Members

The Canterbury / Westland Racing Owners Association is an incorporated society established in 1951 for owners and friends of racing.

      Currently our annual subscriptions are:

              $40.00 per annum for an individual

              $50.00 per annum (for 2 people at the same address)

Membership is open to:

• Owners of racehorses particularly in the South Island.
• All persons interested in racing who wish to keep informed of what’s happening in South Island Racing.

Association Friends

If you have an interest in our industry but don't wish to become a full member we offer you the opportunity sign up as a friend free of charge.

Friends have the opportunity to submit their thoughts on industry issues or matters affecting the ownership and racing of horses.

Relevant matters will be distributed to all of our members and friends to obtain their views, and where appropriate, the Association will prepare and submit this matter to the appropriate party.
